The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Usually 12~25 days for delivery.

Because of the sensitivity of our products, the delivery date will be later than normal goods. If your parcel is taken by customs, you may wait more days. If you haven't received your package for a long time, please contact us, if lost, we will make a full refund or send you a new item for you.
